30-Day Return Policy  

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all included components, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale and promotional items  

Sale and promotional items are eligible for returns under this same 30-day return policy.

How to start a return  

To start a return, email us at aabs1901@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions for where to send your item. Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions.

Damages and issues  

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges

 
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

Refunds  

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact aabs1901@gmail.com.

European Union customers  

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order, subject to applicable law.
