How we operate
Vaslora is a small, independent, US-based retailer. We believe how you sell matters as much as what you sell. Below are the commitments we’ve made to ourselves and to you — not as marketing, but as a standard we hold the store to.
Truthful marketing
We will not fabricate customer reviews, invent testimonials, use fake “verified buyer” badges, or claim customer counts or social proof that isn’t real. When we don’t have something to show yet, we’ll say so plainly.
Honest product claims
Every feature, spec, and comparison on our product pages is defensible against the actual product or the competitor’s published specifications. Where a claim is a comparison (“up to 3× faster than a 5W pad”), we’ll show the math. Where a claim is subjective, we’ll say so.
Transparent fulfillment
We disclose exactly how our products ship, where they ship from, and how long they take — in plain English, on every product page and on our Shipping & Fulfillment page. No hidden “2–5 day” promises we can’t keep.
Interest-free payment options only
We accept credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We have chosen not to install “buy now, pay later” services like Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm that carry late fees or interest structures, out of respect for customers who avoid interest-based finance for religious or personal reasons.

Owning our mistakes
If we get something wrong — a claim, a shipment, a spec — we’ll fix it. Email support@vaslora.com and expect a real reply from a real person within one business day.
Most stores hide the truth about how they operate behind marketing polish. We’d rather lose a sale by being honest than earn one by being deceptive. If our shipping time or our supplier model isn’t right for you, we’d rather you know now than find out after you’ve paid.
